### What happened?

There is an Azure SQL health problem. You can see it in the Resource Health section. Don't do anything, just waiting to be resolved by the Azure team.

Degraded (Unplanned): Unavailable (Unplanned) At Monday, July 24, 2023 at 11:23:13 PM GMT+3, the Azure monitoring system received the following information regarding your SQL database: Your database was moved to a different machine to ensure it has the resources required for its compute size. This is an occasional transient operation. Currently, Azure shows the downtime for your SQL database resource at a two-minute granularity. The actual downtime may be less than that. Please also note the outage window may be shifted by around 5 minutes.
